Sebastian K. Hyatt (b. 1998) is a British composer originally from Luxembourg, currently based in London. He started playing the piano at the age of 8 and in 2011 went on to attend Trinity Laban Conservatoire where he spent the next 6 years under the mentorship of Philip Colman studying classical Piano.
Throughout his time at Trinity, Sebastian also developed a keen interest in electronic music and audio engineering which led him to eventually end up studying Mixing and Mastering(BA) at the University of West London and graduated in 2020.
As a composer, Sebastian has worked on a wide range of productions ranging from feature films to animations, games and documentaries. His most recent projects include films like “The Odyssey” (dir. Matthew Hasandras) and “Ride the Snake” (dir. Shani Grewal) which he had performed and recorded by the London Metropolitan Orchestra and is now available to stream on Amazon Prime.
In 2022 Sebastian began working for Charts of London music preparation company in London run by composer Matthew Slater. Over the past 4 years he has been a core member of the team there providing music preparation, mixing and sound design for companies such as: Disney, Universal, Marvel, Warner Bros., Apple TV, ITV and Amazon.
Since 2024, as well as his work in film and tv, he has also started a games development company with developer Luke Jones, where he provides music and sound design for their productions.
